Human beings naturally synchronize! The beating of our hearts, the pace of our breath, and the cadence of our steps become intertwined. In this training, we will explore psychology, neuroscience, and biology concepts to understand why what many consider “just exercise” extends far beyond a chore to improve mental and physical well-being. By moving for joy with others, we increase our capacity for social connection, self-expression, and resilience.
